SATELLITE IMAGE BIAFO GLACIER AREA

This picture wasted by nebulosity, makes it possible nevertheless to observe broad wide central part of Karakoram range, Askole pasture (down) until the impressive frozen glacier till Snow Lake (up), Hispar pass remaining unfortunately invisible. Ho Lungman valley and its glacier, is quite visible on the left side of the picture whereas the glaciers of Panmah / Nobande / Sobande are located at the right of the picture. The North face of Baintha Brakk (7285m) and Latoks group (7151m) remain very impressive, even seen from space (central middle of the picture).
